host_speeds 1 = Shows total frame time

nosound = turns off sound

slist = List local quake servers

bind j +jump = Create keyboard macros for commands

alias ng "com ; com" = Create a alias/macro for a list of commands

name FRUG = Sets your player name in the game

color 3 4 = Sets color pair for your player (Sample standard config.cfg)
